This project is to development the Smart Service Web-based system for GROWELL Lanka
(PVT) LTD, which the service provider company located in Sri Lanka. The company provides a
variety of services such as Industrial and commercial services, Operations & Maintenance
services, Management Support services, gardening and landscaping, and hospitality services. The
purpose of this project is to address the operational challenges faced by GROWELL and make a
solution by developing a system, these challenges include an inefficient workflow, difficulties in
equipment and attendant management, and poor customer service. The ultimate goal of the
project is to establish a robust workflow management system that enhances customer retention
and operational efficiency.
